Air.Go 2.0 is an innovative self-service bag drop solution for airports. It rewrites the check-in experience and replaces the traditional check-in counter, resulting in a more efficient and streamlined process with no queues. The staff has more time to help the passengers in need of assistance, resulting in happier passengers and an improved flow.
The design is characterised by clean lines and an elegant modern look. The transparent and lightweight design is easy to implement in any architectural environment, and the height of only 140 cm makes it possible for passengers and staff to overlook the entire terminal while allowing light to pass through.
The gently curved front gives a welcoming appearance with an ergonomically correctly angled screen, and enough space for e.g. wheel chair users to operate the screen. The conveyor belt is lowered in order to ease the baggage drop. Furthermore, the conveyor belt in front of the bag drop creates a small, private space for the user in the check-in area.
Air.Go 2.0 is manufactured in Denmark.

Air.Go 2.0 in use
The use of Air.Go 2.0 is designed to be intuitive and easy for the passengers. Optimising their check-in experience by being in control and not having to wait in queues. The versions One Step and Two Step have the same minimalistic design, but with different hardware. One Step offers the passenger the opportunity for check-in, printing boarding pass and checking in luggage at the same time.
The Danish design tradition strives to be as minimalistic, user-friendly and intuitiv as possible. The bag drop has no wrong ways to interact and no wrong buttons to press. All unnecessary details have been removed in the design process to insure the best user experience for both travellers and airport staff.
Air.Go 2.0 is designed as a modular system for easy integration in the airport. Hardware like scanners, printers, sensors, etc. can easily be customised to fit the airports particular needs. Air.Go 2.0 is available as a single or double unit, and the conveyors can be customised regarding dimensions and choice of side load or front load.
