Our Story & Values

For more than three decades, Marcus Pedersen has designed and produced intelligent service environments that move with people – not against them.

Our Story

From Local Craftsmanship to Global Collaboration

Founded in Denmark in the mid-1980s, Marcus Pedersen began as a small design and production studio with a passion for honest materials and simple, functional design.

Over the years, our work expanded to include complete service solutions for airports – from check-in counters and passenger furniture to fully integrated service environments.

Working closely with airport operators has taught us one thing above all: great design begins with understanding the people who use it. This belief ultimately led to the development of the Air.Go Assistant – a mobile service desk designed to support the needs of modern airport operations.

Our Experience

Our designs have supported airport operations across Europe for decades, combining functional design with long-term reliability.

As both designers and manufacturers, we keep key parts of production in-house to ensure quality, precision and consistency in every solution we deliver.

What Drives us forward

Our Mission

To design and produce mobile service environments that empower people and airport operations to move freely and work smarter.

Our Vision

To redefine how airports and public spaces adapt to people – through design that lasts, moves and makes a difference.

Our Values

The Principles Behind Every Design

User-Centered

We listen before we design. Every solution begins with real users and real operational needs.

Functionality

Design should make work easier and more efficient - never more complicated.

Simplicity

Clarity in form creates clarity in use.

Longevity

We design for years of use, not short-term trends.

Design Awards

Recognised for Design and Collaboration

Our work has been featured in airport design showcases and recognised for its balance of aesthetics and functionality.

We collaborate with leading architects, airport partners and design specialists to push the boundaries of what flexible service design can be.

“We design what people need - not just what they ask for.”
